The room was spacious. It was beautifully decorated, and it offered all the comforts one could ask for. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a decent night's sleep, and there was a amazing view from the window.

The food in the main restaurant was delicious every morning and night, there was plenty of choice. i also had lunch in trattoria and yali. The food was equally very good. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes.

the app was helpful. check-in was comfortable with complimentary drinks and our bags were taken to our room. we received a welcome gift of baklava and prosecco, a very kind gesture i thought. i got a complimentary 1pm check out, very useful because of a late pickup.
the gym was too busy for my liking, so i didn't use it much.

Staff were always on hand and very kind, no matter the department. Reception, concierge, or restaurant. they provided great service poolside and at the bar. i always received very attentive and effective service, every time.

there are two beaches and two pools . the hotel boasts a great position offering views of both the harbour and beach lagoon and corfu and albania. there is a tennis centre and a well-equipped gym available.

our room was spacious, clean, modern and classy. it had a 180-degree view. the room features a tv, fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, large wardrobe, coffee machine, kettle and daily water. luxury toiletries and a hairdryer are also included.

there are great restaurants with great selection of vegetarian options. i appreciated the variety in the restaurants. there is a dinner buffet with many options available (the desserts were great!).

The hotel has a great location. Its position and layout means great views either side of the hotel. one side looks to the harbour and beach lagoon, the other to corfu and albania. i enjoyed the views.

The hotel has extensive grounds that are well maintained. i had an amazing view from my balcony. the staff allowed us to extend our room check out to accommodate our very late return flight. That was great. the hotel shuttle to corfu town takes about a half hour.
i found the pools maintained well. the main pool was really noisy with kids screaming. the smaller pool is 'adults only' but it was still within earshot of the main pool, so it was not great.

Our room was large. it was comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. the room was very quiet. I never heard my neighbors. the beds were comfy. you can request pillows to your liking.

the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. staff at the breakfast buffet are friendly. water and grapes are brought round to everyone on the beach, and there was a bottle of prosecco in our room on arrival.

There is a large heated outdoor pool. there are shops on site. A mini-mart includes snacks, toiletries, and a pharmacy. the grounds are lovely and immaculately kept. there are many lovely areas to sit in the grounds!

The grounds are immaculate. That was acceptable, i suppose.
The reception staff were robotic. There was no customer care shown at reception at all. the hotel manager was rude and offensive. I have never been treated so badly in a hotel, her attitude was shocking. the whole experience felt distinctly 3-star, not 5-star!
